Jeremy Caruthers joined DRAKE Real Estate & Investments in 2013 and is responsible for leading the DRAKE Land Team. Jeremy specializes in rural acreage, farm and ranch, undeveloped land and residential lots. The DRAKE Land Team markets all over the United States through their vast array of listing platforms.
After spending several years building his residential real estate portfolio, he further enhanced his portfolio by focusing largely on land transactions. Jeremy has enjoyed combining his knowledge and experience in real estate with his love for the outdoors.
Jeremy’s time as a branch manager for a fortune 500 company, involved in the operational side of properties, equipped him with a better understanding of real estate from the inside out. Jeremy has a passion for learning about his client needs and determining the best property based on those specific needs.
Jeremy and his family reside in Tyler. He is a member of GTAR, NTREIS, HAR, Lands of Texas, Tyler Area Builders Association and Ducks Unlimited.
